Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns began her television career in 1995 portraying the supporting character Peg on the Spanish-American teenage sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was on the Baywatch team in 1998. Later, she starred in the sequel to Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy forced her to end the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American model and actress who is also a television personality, is best known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch.
